We support investments by providing construction manager services as well as carrying out investor’s supervision.
We have supported our clients many times during the commissioning of buildings. Our role then consisted in analyzing the documentation, checking the correctness of the protocols from the tests carried out, e.g. of the electrical installation, checking the correctness of the selection of ventilation devices for the service to be performed in the facility. We have repeatedly indicated deviations from the design, design errors, errors in the acceptance documentation, false documents. Our activities contributed to the introduction of changes by the general contractor, improvement of documentation.
